With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Tammy has built her career on something that goes far beyond transactions: building lasting relationships and protecting the interests of the people she represents.
A St. Petersburg resident since childhood, Tammy has an in-depth understanding of the Tampa Bay real estate market and the communities she has proudly called home for decades. As an individual agent, she has closed more than $275 million in transactions, including more than $160 million since 2020, representing buyers and sellers across residential, waterfront, and luxury properties.
Today, Tammy is the owner and a top-producing agent at Brophy Real Estate, continuing the family business founded by her mother, Mary Brophy. What began as her mother’s vision has grown into a family legacy that Tammy is proud to carry forward while helping shape the next generation of Brophy Real Estate.

Summer Rae Wenzel, REALTOR®
Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Summer has deep roots in the community and a lifelong connection to Brophy Real Estate. As the granddaughter of brokerage founder Mary Brophy and daughter of longtime agent and now owner Tammy Brophy Wenzel, real estate has always been a part of Summer’s life.
Since her first sale in 2022, Summer has built experience working with a wide range of clients and properties, including first-time buyers all the way to transactions exceeding $2 million. She believes every client deserves the same level of attention, care, and dedication, regardless of the size of the transaction. Her approach is centered on protecting her clients’ interests, solving problems, and doing everything she can to help make their real estate dreams a reality.
Before real estate, Summer spent more than a decade in the hospitality industry, working in bartending, catering, special events, and weddings. That experience shaped the way she works with people today—with genuine care, responsiveness, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to service. It also taught her how to communicate effectively and understand how to work with different personalities, an invaluable skill when guiding clients through the often complex and emotional process of buying or selling a home.

Debbie Kravitz, REALTOR®
Debbie Kravitz has lived and loved Pinellas County for over 40 years. She has attended schools from elementary through college all in St. Petersburg. She is an alumni of the beautiful downtown campus of the University of South Florida. After graduating with her degree in Behavioral Disorders she became a teacher for children with special needs. She has taught elementary aged children for 20 years. She has great compassion for the children and the families she has taught and worked with. Debbie has one daughter and most of her family still resides in St. Pete. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outside and traveling. One of her favorite treats is enjoying all the restaurants and creative events the area has to offer.
After buying and selling several houses throughout Pinellas County the Real Estate business was a natural career choice for her. She is the proud owner of a 90 year old St. Pete. Bungalow that she has renovated throughout.
